You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account will be considered your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
Jata9 will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email or SMS. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to the support team immediately.
Jata9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill or other supporting documents. Verification is typically required before processing a first withdrawal or when activity on the account raises questions. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. Jata9 may charge a small administrative fee on inactive accounts or close them at its discretion. Players will be notified before any action is taken. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed according to the method on file, subject to verification.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification requirements. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your Jata9 account immediately or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. Jata9 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit and may be updated from time to time. Players with active bonuses may have deposit limits that differ from standard amounts — these will be communicated as part of the promotion details.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to Jata9 are from a legitimate source and belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods that do not belong to you is strictly prohibited. Jata9 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the source of funds is unclear or disputed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Jata9 supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. The availability of specific withdrawal methods depends on your account status and verification level.
All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard requirement and is not applied selectively. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and may be asked to confirm your payment method details. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Jata9 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly after verification is confirmed. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or if additional checks are required.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in those funds being removed from your balance.
Jata9 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Jata9's control. Any such fees are the player's responsibility.
All bonuses offered on the Jata9 platform — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and any seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL or T20 tournaments — are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. By opting in to any bonus, you agree to those terms.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The exact requirement is stated for each individual promotion.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category are listed in the promotion terms. It is your responsibility to check these before using a bonus on a specific game.
Jata9 monitors bonus usage actively. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing bets that hedge or minimise risk specifically to meet wagering requirements, exploiting promotional mechanics in a way not intended by Jata9, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
Note: Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, household, IP address and device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Jata9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
All bets are accepted at Jata9's discretion. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount has been deducted from your account balance. Do not assume a bet has been accepted until you see this confirmation.
Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, test matches and ICC tournaments — are available pre-match and in-play where indicated. Live in-play odds update in real time, and bets placed during a live match are subject to the odds displayed at the exact moment of acceptance. Jata9 is not responsible for delays caused by connectivity issues on the player's side that affect the odds received.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the result is determined, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport and market type are displayed at the time of placing the bet. Jata9's decision on void bets is final.
If odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake that results in a price clearly inconsistent with the market, Jata9 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether the event has already settled. Winnings generated from obvious errors will not be paid out.
Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets and vary by sport and event type. These limits are shown on the relevant market page. Jata9 reserves the right to settle bets at the maximum payout limit where applicable.
The casino game library on Jata9 is provided by third-party game providers. Jata9 makes no representations about the availability of specific games at any given time. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform without notice.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied and independently audited by the game provider. Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published by the provider and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on any individual session.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or game malfunction during a casino round, Jata9 will resolve the situation by reference to the game's server logs, which are the authoritative record of all game activity. If a round cannot be completed due to a confirmed technical fault on Jata9's side, the bet will be returned to your account balance.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by third-party providers. The same rules regarding RNG, technical failures and bet acceptance apply. Live dealer games are subject to the table limits displayed at the time you join a table. Jata9 is not responsible for issues arising from the live stream provider's infrastructure.

Jata9 employs monitoring tools to detect suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void associated bets and winnings, and report activity to relevant authorities where required.
Jata9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that account activity poses a risk to the platform or other players.
Where an account is suspended pending an investigation, access to the account balance will be restricted for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, access to funds will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may contact the support team at [email protected] to request a review. Jata9 will respond within a reasonable timeframe. The platform's decision following a review is final.
The collection, storage and use of your personal data by Jata9 is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is available at jata9.top/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that document.
Jata9 does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver the relevant service. All data handling is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

Jata9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform interface or via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
